Meet Helen & Mario

Helen and her blind dog, Mario

When Mario lost his sight, our world changed. His blindness taught me to slow down, think creatively, and tap into all the other senses to make every day special.

Drawing on my professional background in social inclusion and neurodiversity, I’ve created these resources to help children (and their grown-ups!) slow down and notice the beautiful world around us.

Through Mario’s adventures, we gain a tool for mindfulness and sensory connection.
